Bordered by downtown’s most vibrant neighborhoods, 570 Broome is a collection of fifty-four contemporary residences that draw inspiration from the history and style of West SoHo.

From acclaimed architect Tahir Demircioglu, with impeccable interiors by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the design references the area’s industrial past via sweeping ceiling heights and a silhouette evocative of stacked cubes. Common areas feature an innovative blend of interior and exterior space, creating a residential environment in harmony with its surroundings. Unfettered views of nature and urban activity are consistently highlighted throughout residences and amenity spaces. Sleek glass curtain wall on the façade frames stunning views of downtown and the Hudson River. A more verdant view is on display at the building’s entrance where the glass-enclosed, double-height lobby allows a glimpse into the rear garden courtyard, a scene that adds a welcome burst of color to the streetscape.

TWO OF A KIND: Grand ceiling heights of nearly eleven feet, interspersed with expanses of glass curtain walls, provide the homes with an airy, loft-like feeling that is both inviting and spacious. Ultra-clear, double-pane windows, which are carefully treated with a low-emissivity glaze, ensure superior visibility while maximizing thermal comfort and energy efficiency for the residents. Additionally, the custom-stained oak floors, along with other warm wood accents, beautifully compliment and enhance the sophisticated and modern color palette used throughout the homes. Many of the residences also offer multiple exposures, allowing for an abundance of natural light and stunning, breathe-taking views looking south, west, and north.
